2 bedroom modern apartment in the Piano Factory complex in Annandale. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and short trip to the city.
The apartment has a large living room with a sunny outdoor deck. There 2 bedrooms and bathrooms at either end of the apartment which allows for privacy and comfort. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need - laundry, all kitchen mod cons, and fast internet. A parking spot can be made available upon negotiation. The complex has a pool, gym and tennis court too.
The complex is well maintained and has a gym, a pool and tennis court.

I'm currently working at Sydney University and completing my Masters in Business, which means that my schedule during the week can be pretty variable.
Most nights I enjoy cooking at home, or going out after work for dinner with friends.
On the weekends I'm usually out cycling, going out, staying in, having a wine, reading etc.
I'm tidy, respectful, reliable and easy to get along with - and would be keen to share my home with someone similar.
