Home Description
Description of the home
I am a busy 25 year old health professional looking to rent out a fully furnished bedroom in Invermay Park. The house is within walking distance of the closest supermarket and 5 minutes drive from Ballarat train station, the CBD, Ballarat Base and St John of God Hospital, Australian Catholic University and Federation University Camp street campus. Public transport options are good, with the route 4 bus line passing the house and travelling to Ballarat train station and the Ballarat CBD area.
The room itself is fully contained and the bathroom is shared with one roommate. A garage parking spot is also available by negotiation. The house is fully furnished with all facilities including standard kitchen appliances, fridge, front loading washing machine, NBN internet and a smart television. There are two separate living areas, an open plan kitchen and paved courtyard area perfect for entertaining. The house is currently connected to Telstra NBN broadband and use is available and negotiable.
My roommate and I are both friendly, easy going people to live with! Our living arrangement would most likely suit a busy and independent young professional but university students are also welcome to apply. If my house sounds appealing to you, please send through a brief paragraph about yourself and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!

My roommate and I are both friendly, easy going people to live with! We both work very long hours in the health industry and enjoy keeping active around our work commitments.
We are reasonably local to the Ballarat area and are often busy with family/friends on weekends. Our living situation is friendly and pleasant, however we definitely live very independent lives!
Beyond this, someone who pays their bills on time, keeps reasonably tidy and understands the potential pitfalls of shared living would be very much welcomed!
If our living situation sounds appealing to you, please send through a brief paragraph about yourself and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
