This property is located on the river with swimming, fishing,walking and cycling (bikes and kayaks available). The bedroom available has an en suite and is a shared 3 bedroom house, with a shared kitchen, lounge and laundry, own entry and parking, fully furnished and equipped with all appliances and utilities (can store or move furniture as required). Shared out door area with BBQ or to just sit and relax.

The bus runs regularly, bus stop located approx 6 houses away. Located close to M1 and Pacific Hwy , easy access to Wyong Rd. Local shopping Centre consists of Coles, Chemist, Butcher, Post office, Pizza, Chinese, the Local pub and much more, only a short distance to Tuggarah shopping complex.

Occasionally sharing with my grandsons aged 11 and 13 both have a bedroom and bathroom but do not live here permanently. I reside in a private section of the dwelling. Visitors and overnight quests welcome occasionally (sofa bed available) prior approval and additional cost of $20 per night per person payable.

I am 66 year old , easy going retired lady and enjoy being social or just solitary its up to you. Enjoy living in this beautiful friendly environment and having my grandsons on a casual basis . I am totally separate from the section of the house that will be rented with my own amenities so the person who lets this room will have their own space for the majority of the week except when my grandsons are there.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy in the house I don't like dirty and no loud party's or music etc.. The most important qualities is cleanliness I don't like messy or untidy areas.
