We're looking for someone to move into a brand new (3 years old), modern, fully furnished, 4x2 home. With two current housemates firstly, Ella a 20 something office working who is out most night catching up with friends or hanging out at home and Sam a 30 year old public servant that figure out all the technical problems with the TV or internet, not a couple. Both love living in this wonderfully spacious and beautiful home. If this appeal to you we would love to hear from you. House is always quiet and relaxed.

The room is furnished with a Double Bedroom with two bedside tables. This room also has a glass sliding door closet with a shared bathroom with 1 other person and separate toilet.

Located in Hamilton Hill on Blackwood Avenue, close to bus stops and not far from Murdoch University, South Beach and Fremantle. Easy access to public transport and shops.

This house is also perfect for a student as the house is always quite or workers.
