Home Description

Description of the home

I have a lovely furnished 2 bedroom place right near the Adelaide University on King William Street which I share with another woman in her early 20s, with a lease finishing up in late Feb. I am looking to move out into a college close by but needs to find someone to take over my lease.

My room is on the small side but our kitchen and bathroom is modern and clean with a private cleaner coming in once a month to clean and vacuum (included in rent). I currently have the apartment set up for unlimited nbn with TPG if that's any help to know and my flatmate pays for half (works out at about $50ea a month). We also have use of multiple large leisure spaces for pool, table tennis, TV watching or catching up with friends and a secure access system with intercom and CCTV security.

Give me a call to set up a time if this works for you.

About the occupants
My flatmate is very nice and would be staying on. She is very tidy, private and works long hours in her first job out of Uni as a pharmacist. We usually just run into each other at meal times sometimes which leaves me use of the lounge room/tv area pretty much to myself for having friends over or just stretching out and watching TV.
Compatible people
I'm honest and funny and love making friends
