The home is a lovely bungalow style house in Nailsworth. It's private and the garden is peaceful and inviting. It’s a block that must have been subdivided years ago, but there’s still plenty of outdoor space and a versatile paved area and patio out the back.

The bedroom available is a good size with high ceilings and a built-in robe. The room is unfurnished. The rest of the house is pretty much furnished, but it's quite large so could absorb some items. There's also a secure, dry shed with cement foundations, so furniture items that don't fit in the house could be stored easily and safely. We’d share the other living areas - kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry and outdoor spaces.

Bills and expenses

Rent is $200 a week (paid two weeks in advance) and excludes utilities which we’d split. A bond will also be required. We'd split gas, water and electricity. I pay for an internet plan at the moment and am open to working out the best plan moving forward to meet our needs for internet and to share this cost.
