The windows have electrically operated roller shutter blinds for additional privacy and to further restrict the midday sun. The bathroom would be shared with one other person.

There is a family room with 55" new TV with Netflix / Apple TV etc and views to the rear garden.
A formal lounge at the front leads to the media room and study.
The ground floor is finished with the large kitchen / dining and a separate formal dining room.
Finally there is storage and utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

I work at the new Royal Adelaide Hospital and spend an inordinate amount of time there given we have just opened.
I love music and the turntable will often be playing in the media room.
I go and exercise at the gym and by walking but am not a fitness fanatic.
I enjoy cooking and visiting friends in Aldinga at the weekends.

Description of pets
I have two Burmese Cats, Lola and Sami. Both are friendly and inquisitive but they love the outdoors and live in the garage at night. They cannot get out of the rear garden which is really good so they can continue to live as cats.
