Description of the home

It's quaint but contemporary and has great indoor-outdoor liveability for summer. Think white floorboards, white walls, big windows and a gorgeous leafy courtyard front and back. It has 3 bedrooms - mine, potentially yours and a study (you are welcome to use that, too) -- a medium-sized living area with separate dining room that opens via French doors to the exterior garden, a large kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows to the rear courtyard, one large bathroom and a laundry.

My lovely housemate is sadly moving down south to Margaret River (you can speak with him if you want) so I am looking for someone to rent my front room. It has airconditioning, a fan, a large wardrobe, bed (and linen if you want) and cupboard, plus Crimsafe protection on the window so you can leave it open at night. You will also have your own fridge (not in your room, of course!!). I live very quietly here with my dog (a super cute and friendly house-trained pooch) and don't like big parties or loud music (although I do love putting on the odd long lunch). I'm easy-going and neat-n-tidy in a non-ODC type of way, and love a conversation as much as my own company.

The house is in a fabulous location: an easy walk to Leederville's eat street and an easy train ride or bike ride into the city.

I am open to short and medium term options. The room is available now, but I'm open to negotiating with the perfect potential housemate.

Bills are electricity, gas, water and wifi. We can discuss these when we meet, however they are not very large bills - even in summer.
