It's a quiet and cosy house about 5 minutes drive into town. The place has most modern conveniences including central heating, a dishwasher, washer and dryer and NBN. There's also a couple of apple trees and a lemon tree out back :)
I've lived here comfortably for the past year with another housemate who is moving on so the place is already well set up excepting the bedroom on offer. There is also some storage space available in a small unused room and a lockable shed out back if needed.
