Hi, I'm looking for a friendly, clean, kind-hearted professional for a fully furnished apartment share.
This is a spacious home, with the bedrooms down a corridor so there is quiet and privacy away from the living room. This is a quiet, sun filled apartment set in a leafy quiet street and beautiful suburb in walking distance to the harbour and harbour parks.

There are two bathrooms, so there is the main bathroom for your personal use (with a bath, shower, and separate toilet). The bedroom comes with double built-in wardrobe and can also be provided furnished if needed.

I am a healthy, professional working in the city - into yoga, meditation, bush walking - looking for a kind, compatible house mate. I'm not a big drinker or major partier, but am relaxed and fun.

There is a spacious balcony, courtyard, garden and also walking distance to the stunning harbour of Rushcutters Bay and Double Bay. This apartment has a lot of visitor parking available, with free on-street parking as well and is 8mns walk to public transport (buses and Edgecliff train station) and all amenities, eg. grocery stores, farmers market, post office, bank and boutique stores. The extra bill is for electricity quarterly and unlimited wifi monthly ($30).

I love this place and I am looking forward to finding the right person for it, someone with good energy! I'm looking for a long term renter, I hope a minimum of one year or more.
