Shared spacious bathroom (with bath) & toilet. Ducted cooling and a wall heater that is so good it never needs to go above 3/7. Great outdoor space to eat dinner, read & lye in the sun, a few herbs in pots.
Excellent location, close to supermarket, pub with beer garden, cafe, ALDI, Op Shop, gym, two national parks, Kennington Reservoir, 5km from Bendigo CBD.
