The great thing about this apartment is it is so close to Allawah train station (5 min walk) and about a 15min walk from Hurstville Westfield.
It is a spacious apartment containing 2 bedrooms with floating floorboards. The apartment has three balconies! One off the living area and one off each room. It is an open plan design apartment with modern features. The apartment is already furnished and the room does contain a bed and a wardrobe although if you have your own furnishings for the room I can remove the furniture that's in there. It has a spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath.
