The house itself is very spacious and furnished with full use of entertainment area, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.
Situated in a quiet street less than 5 mins away from Greenwood train station and Mitchell freeway entry/exit.
Close to plenty of shops, beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour.
