Description of the home

Hi guys,

My current house mate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to fill his room in the new year around the 8/1/17.
Ideally looking for a 25-35 yo professional who is clean and tidy, respectful and friendly in nature.

My house is located over the road from the Kingsway Sporting Complex in Darch, a very safe and friendly suburb.
There are multiple shopping centres, gyms and restaurants in the area, along with the large park and sporting complex over the road.
Hepburn Ave will take you straight to the beach, and Wanneroo Rd will take you straight to Joondalup or to the city.
The closest train station is Greenwood Station, about a 6 min drive away.

The house is a large 4 x 2 house with a home theatre (massive TV) and a study. The room is large in size, with sliding robes.
You will have your own bathroom and garage space, and there is plenty of space for storage in the spare rooms.

There is a large outdoor area good for summer bbqs, a large open kitchen space with a poo table in the living area. And there is minimal garden area that is very easy to maintain.
