Modern two storey apartment in the perfect location. The downstairs area has a spacious living and dining room, kitchen and an outdoor terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and two bathrooms, as well as a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
The city is walking distance (20 minutes), there is also a CAT bus stop right out front. The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of a supermarket, a pub, parks and the river.
There is currently a spare car park within the secure apartment complex, there is also street parking.

I work full time in the CBD, my job keeps me fairly busy during the week. Outside of work, I go to Beyonce dance classes (yes, this is a real and very awesome thing), I try to go to the gym (but I never go enough), I also watch far too much Netflix. I am always up for a drink on the weekend, a few quiet wines at home or a night out. I love spending time at the beach, it would be great to find someone who will go for some early morning swims with me!
I have been living in WA for a year, originally from Melbourne. I still don't know a whole lot of people here so keen on finding a fun flatmate.
I am a pretty decent cook, but if you live with me be prepared for a lot of pasta... and the occasional Deliveroo.
It is important that the person moving in is respectful, as in cleans up after themselves and keeps the late night noise to a minimum during the week.
