Just over a year old I have a beautiful 4x2 house located in Baldivis. It features a nice cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, nice big TV, portable aircon and very comfy sofas. This is a new estate so it is nice and quiet still and I have very respectable neighbours.
The location is perfect for someone that needs or doesn't need public transport, close to the local and major shopping centres, beaches, gyms and also has a double lock up garage.
I also have Wifi available for your use and as I am a FIFO worker you will basically have the house to yourself except a week per month.

Bills and expenses
Bills can be divided on a % basis as increase in certain months however service charges you don't pay. I have solar panels so the Power bill is never generally that high. Wifi would be 50/50 paid Internet - Would be happy to discuss however if any concerns
