Within 5 minutes' walk of two supermarkets, Manuka Shops and Kingston Shops, with a pool, an oval and tennis courts nearby. Ample parking available on streets nearby.

If you're interested in the room, please send me an email and tell me a bit about yourself, and we can organise a viewing. Bonus points if you have a fridge and a couch, because my current housemate is taking those with her!

About the occupants
You'll be sharing with me, a public servant in my late 20s. I enjoy brunch, balcony gardening, long rambling walks and talking about international politics. I'm a massive greenie, so you might catch me turning off lights and fishing recyclables out of the bin. I also do some study in my spare time so occasionally need some peace and quiet. I try to stay active and social and I love to hang out and chat, but also know the importance of boundaries and personal space.
Compatible people
Friendliness, tidiness (in living areas - your room and bathroom are your business!), good communication.
