Seeking a housemate for a spacious Griffith apartment with views of Parliament House. You will have a bedroom with generous built-in storage and the main bathroom to yourself, including a large bath.

Convenient location; within walking distance of a number of Australian Public Service departments including DFAT, AGs, Treasury and Environment. Within 5 minutes' walk of two supermarkets, Manuka Shops and Kingston Shops, with a pool, an oval and tennis courts nearby. Ample parking available on streets nearby.

About the occupants
You'll be sharing with me, a public servant in my late 20s. I enjoy brunch, balcony gardening, long rambling walks and talking about international politics. I'm a massive greenie, so you might catch me turning off lights and fishing recyclables out of the bin. I also do some study in my spare time so occasionally need some peace and quiet. I try to stay active and social and I love to hang out and chat, but also know the importance of boundaries and personal space.
