Home Description
Description of the home
About the house: A gorgeous two bedroom Edwardian terrace house with a long entrance hall, period finishes, ornamental fireplaces in each room and polished floorboards. Located in the sought after quiet, leafy suburb of Albert Park. The house has an open plan living area with loads of natural light, with comfortable sofas, a courtyard with decking including BBQ for your use. No off-street parking but plenty of on-street unmetered parking surrounding. It is fully furnished, with dishwasher, washer, dryer and all appliances.
About the area: The house is located between Albert Park & Middle Park town centres, in a beautiful leafy, quiet street. It is about halfway between Albert Park Lake/MSAC and South Melbourne Foreshore – each around 600-800m walk away. Perfect for summer! Just a short distance from St Kilda beach, the CBD and all that Melbourne has to offer. There are tram services nearby and ample on street parking.
Please note! I have two greyhounds, they are quiet, affectionate dogs who love cuddles and attention but are generally just like lazy cats who like to sleep most of the day. Bonus points if you love dogs and are interested in walking them / playing with them every now and then!
