There's carpet on the floor, two large size built-in wardrobes, good blinds that block out the sun (the room is dark to sleep in) and a heater to keep you toasty warm in winter! The bathroom upstairs is just for the couple to use, you will not have to share this with any other housemates.

This modern 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom townhouse in Abbotsford is seeking new members (a COUPLE/SINGLE). Located on Church Street, just near the brewery, you are around the corner from AMAZING restaurants (no shortage of access to every shade of brunch you can imagine) and a short tram ride away from Collingwood/Richmond/City/Prahan/Fitzroy.

The open plan living area upstairs comes with modern kitchen + walk in pantry and flows out to the huge outdoor living space. Also airconditioning upstairs, and heating upstairs and in all 3 bedrooms.

We also have a cleaner who comes in every 2 weeks (for the floors, bathrooms, etc) so that saves time - and rostering! - on those big jobs.

There is one off-street car parking spot available and off-street parking across the road so if you have a car you'll have somewhere close to put it.

House is fully equipped with the basics (fridge, washing machine, couch, TV, kitchen appliances, etc) and there is space in the living area for some more furniture if you have it.

We are looking for a COUPLE/SINGLE person to move in. The room is available from the 22nd of January for the right person/couple!
