Description of the home

I am looking for someone to share the spare room at the house. There are no other tenants. The room is medium sized, unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished (very tastefully). I am very interested in design and love creating beautiful spaces than create a sense of calm and comfort. The house is large, has floorboards throughout, and beautiful light. There is a TV room with Netflix and sofa-bed for the occasional guest. The house also has a large backyard with pleanty of outdoor space. One small, shared bathroom, and 2 toilets.

The house is in a brilliant location (across the road from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital), a few houses away from Hampden road, which has pleanty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, deli, a newsagent, hairdresser, chemists, liquor store, physio/massages and more. Plus it is a short walk to UWA, Kings park, the Swan river, and public transport.

Hi, I am a 25 year old Female (str) working at the Hospital (as a junior doctor) across the road, so I have some pretty long hours. I love gardening, singing, podcasts, jogging, yoga, and netflix (which we have on the smart TV). There are no other tenants.
