Hey Guys, I have just recently purchased my house in Hindmarsh and looking for one more house mate to move in with my self and 1 other guy around mid March, I'm getting the bathroom renovated on as we speak hence the delay on moving in, I have a huge back yard as the block is on 700 sqm and I'm happy to have a outside dog stay. The house and your room has big high ceilings with fire places in the bedrooms. Your bedroom wont be furnished but am happy to work out something with you as I have just moved in (clothes racks etc), the rest of the house is furnished. I also have big shed for storage if need be.

The house is super close to the shops, pubs, trams, entertainment centre and lots more.
