The house has an activity room at the back of the house, a games room off the kitchen, a study and a theatre room. The house in fully furnished beside the two bedrooms to rent. The house has a large alfresco and outdoor kitchen and decent size back yard. There will be two pets already in the house (a 2.5 year old ginger cat and a 9 month old golden retriever.) so there wont be room for anymore. There is a 4th bedroom which will be able to be used to have guests come and stay.

Hi I'm Annabelle, I'm 23 and I'm an electrician and Instrumentation Technician by trade but I'm currently studying to be a personal trainer. I am a busy person who enjoys my sport and getting out with my puppy Ziggy (9 month old Golden Retriever Female). My Cat Claire (2.5 year old Ginger Tabby Male) ad my partner Dylan whose 26 will also be living with me. We are a fun loving couple who are looking for a few people to come live with us in our beautiful new home. I'm unsure what my hours will be for work right now and Dylan works FIFO. We are both NON Smokers and Anti Drugs. We would also prefer not to have kids staying in the house; the house is just not set up for them.

Description of pets
Claire is a 2.5 year old male ginger tabby cat who is such a bi smooch. He enjoys lapping up the sun all day. He's pretty cruisey but not really one to climb up on the couch and sit on your lap.

Ziggy is a 9 month old female golden retriever pup who is super friendly and want to play with you all day. She's still a little bit of a jumper but we are trying to train her to stop. She is well mannered and loves cuddles and affection.
