There’s enough room for a queen bed and x2 side tables. The floor is carpeted like the rest of the apartment (only exceptions are bathroom and kitchen). Despite being close to the station the bedrooms are actually very quiet and there’s a fly screen so you can open your window for a lovely breeze in the summer.

Looking for single person/s or a couple to take over our lease as we are moving out!

We’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s been great but for work purposes we have needed to move.

Only 300 steps to Ascot Vale station (and not too far from the 57 or 59 trams either). Close to Union Road and Puckle Street shopping precincts so eating out and shopping is convenient.

Bottom floor, 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony - easy to move into. There is only one allocated car space but it hasn’t been an issue finding another space to park in. Street parking on weekends is free. One of the rooms looks out to a Pom Pom tree that blooms pink flowers in late Dec-Jan (it also has a slightly bigger wardrobe).

The other room is slightly larger because the wardrobe is smaller.
