A lovely, bright mid-century weatherboard house. Warm and friendly furnishings. Timber floorboards in living spaces, carpet in bedrooms for cosiness in winter. Split system A/C in all rooms. Shared bathroom, with separate 2nd toilet. Gorgeous north-facing back yard.
2km from Ballarat train station, 2.5-3km from hospitals. 1.2km from Bridge st mall. 1km from supermarkets. Close to Sovereign Hill. Bus stop on the corner.

Bills and expenses
Utility bills are covered by your rent (gas, electricity, water). Internet is also covered (NBN50). There is no cable tv and no phone.
• 1 week rent in advance, pay weekly for length of lease
• 2 weeks rent required as bond to be returned on day of departure provided no damage
• 1 week notice required for departure
