Huge 4 bed, 2 bath house available to share for the right person. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, and lots of storage space. The property has a powered shed, huge back yard, reticulation, ducted air conditioning, large kitchen with stone bench tops and a dishwasher, plus more! You MUST love dogs and be willing to care for them as if they were your own.

The property is a short 2 minute drive to Currambine Central which has supermarkets, gyms, hairdressers, restaurants etc. Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre is also a very short drive away, and the beach is only a 5 minute drive away. It is the perfect location!

About the occupants
You would be sharing the property with one other female and 2 large breed dogs. Your flatmate works FIFO on a week on/week off roster so you must be able to care for the dogs in her absence. They are well behaved beautiful dogs, and have lots of energy. They are outside most of the day but love to sleep inside so you must be willing to have them inside with you at night (only while your flatmate is at work). The house is not a party house but your flatmate enjoys a nice night every so often to unwind on her week off. She is a mature 30 year old who loves wine and cheese and is a great cook!
