Move in date 22nd March. Need to co-sign current lease so must have good references! Please note bond is 6 weeks rent.
Do not want just a housemate but a friend whose company I can enjoy, so if you enjoy binge watching Netflix, cooking, and a few glasses wine, tell me a bit about yourself (if I read one more message saying “I am tidy and respectful”, I may barf). All responses will be highly regarded, so get creative. I am home weird hours because of work so will be holding an open night for viewing on the evening of Monday 12th March.
