Quiet house on a quiet street.
Living with x3 others - you will have your own room.
House is fully furnished in main living areas and available for use. Main living room has Chromecast and you can stream whatever you want direct to it.
x2 dogs at the property who are super friendly and love attention! so you must like dogs. They are kept primarily outside, owner does have them in his own room at night time to sleep.
Off street parking available.

Public transport close to main road ~5min walk, bus stop also located directly outside of the house. Ashgrove and Enoggera shops located close drive.

Looking for a female ideally to take up last spare room at property that is chill, social but also respectful of space. Bathroom will be shared.

Jon - 29 - Owner of home - Chill and easygoing - respectful of everyone at the property. Self Employed - usually 12hr shifts 8am-8pm (Sometimes later). Enjoys relaxing and socializing, having a beer/wine and watching netflix. Loves the gym and trying to work on those small calves. Respectful of space

Dan 30 & Jaz 31 - Residing in other room (Dan working full time for a Bank Mon-Fri 830-5pm, Jaz - Studying) - respectful and easygoing, usually we do our own thing, enjoy a beer/wine throughout the week to unwind and are super busy on weekends out of the house. Love the beach so we will always do a day trip every weekend. Respectful of space.

We are all chill and easy going, social and happy to kick back and unwind over a beer or wines during the week/weekends. This is not a party house, but still have fun. Weekends we are all usually busy and will be home on occasion.
