Description of the home

Hi guys, we have a magic little timber house in the bush at Bells Beach with a spare bedroom. It is all newly renovated and has a lot of character. All is furnished even the spare bedroom. We enjoy the sound of the birds or the ocean in the distance, the view of our dam and iron bark trees, and the frequent visit of kangaroos and sometime deers. The house and property is implacably kept. We are mostly very active but are petty quiet when at home (especially since we started a Bnb in the barn recently).

The house is on rain water so worst case scenario we will by tank water at the end of summer: $150 each ( once a year).

Ben, 37, is a business professional, and is French (the home owner). Love traveling and surfing
We have friends over every now and then, mostly on the weekend. We both enjoy great chats over a healthy mill if we happen to be home at the same time.

Because the house has only been purchased 2 years ago and went through extensive renovations (inside and outside) we keep it ultra clean and tidy at all time and all happily contribute to all the general tasks.
