I am looking for a housemate to share with, I have a new apartment (The pavilions 88, located in 88 Waldheim Street Annerly), it is just 4 kms distances from Brisbane CBD (3 mins walking distant to Greenslope bus stop (M3 Express). You would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom either furnished or not (upon your request) all you need is yourself and your clothes and some furnitures you already have. It is high standard luxury apartment with security card access lobby, on site manager, lots of basement car parks. Price includes electricity and gas. This room available from 28th April.

You will be living with me, a young female professional in her late 20s. I am very easygoing and lead a 8-5 work life.
Prefer a mature flatmate, who is young professional and good to have a talk with.
