My husband and I will be in the front master bedroom/ensuite. The house has 3 other bedrooms avaliable at the back end of the house. It also has two living rooms, a large outdoor entertainment area and plenty of parking including garaged if needed.

The house comes equipped with a dishwasher, heating/cooling, washing machine, dryer and BBQ.

The property is walking distance from parks, Hallett Cove school and shopping centre. It is easily accessible to public transport. The freeway makes it easy to get to Flinders Uni and into the city. It is a short drive to the beach.

We are looking for 2 housemates to rent 2 of the three vacant rooms. These two housemates would share a bathroom with a separate toilet and a lounge/living room. All housemates would share the kitchen and laundry.
