Location, location, location. Beautiful terrace in great inner-city spot walking distance to everything. House is on the border of Hobart and West Hobart (just before the hill gets serious) and a stone's throw from Queens Pastry (freshly baked croissants three times a day!) and the farmgate markets. 10 minute walk to the water.

House was renovated 18 months ago with a new kitchen, polished Tassie oak floors, fresh paint (white throughout) and white shutter blinds. Central gas heating installed a couple of weeks ago.

House has two living rooms - the main one with large fireplace and a second with a wood-burner. The main living room is set up around the fireplace - no TV. If you have a TV or want to set one up more than welcome.

House has four bedrooms but will save the fourth for any visiting friends and family of the people living in the house (see picture of furnished room).

House has a great garden which is slowly being utilised to grow veggies and herbs. Mowing included in rent so no obligation to participate :) House has garden shed with a little bit of storage (mostly full of wood at the moment.

There are three bedrooms upstairs and another bedroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is the available room (4.3 x 3.6), has wardrobe and an additional clothes rack and a beautiful fireplace.

Toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc included in the rent. Electricity, gas and internet split.
