Hi, I'm Sophie. I'm currently studying at UC and as I'm planning to visit my family during the winter break (2 months), I,m looking for someone to stay in my room for that time period. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay I think this room will be perfect for you. The Ginninderra Lake is walking distance from the house and the Hill right behind the house is a great spot for jogging, walking with a wonderful view of the city from top. Belconnen Westfield is about 30-40mins walk away and the bus stop is about 3-5mins walk from the house.
Mussa - He is the house owner and lives with his partner in the upstairs bedroom. They are a friendly couple. Very polite and neat. During the weekdays they are at work and you'll usually meet them during the evening hours.
