My house is a 3 bedroom open plan townhouse
The floor downstairs is wood, the stairs and all upstairs are carpeted
There is a separate bathroom and toilet upstairs
with plenty of storage space, in cupboards.
We have air conditioning in the lounge, and also an oil heater, and heaters in the bedrooms upstairs,
I have three bedrooms but one is a storeroom at the moment,
It is a short walk to the town, one way is across a small lake with lots of ducks
This is a tourist town with lots of restaurants and coffee shops in town.
There are Buses that run to Sydney and Canberra once a day, and there is a local bus service
