Cottage type, with bathroom containing a shower and septic toilet. Kitchen with electric stove. a Lounge room with TV and gas heater. All in 98 acres rural setting, the accommodation is basic. With a large separate entertainment area with a second TV and CD music system a snooker table, a dartboard and a Dutch disk game table and an adjoining workshop.

The power is mainly solar with a battery system, still connected to the main power grid.
Drinking and Shower water is rain water while the garden and WC is connected to spring water.

Bills and expenses

Your expenses will be those you make using the phone as only the phone line does work for both the INTERNET and calls. Mobile phone reception does only work about 500 meters from my home. Gas depending on how much extra usage, personally I only use the heater at night time when the temp goes below 10 degrees C.

About the occupants
I am 79 years of age, am a late riser and seldom go to bed before midnight. I am a widower and clicked the bi box so you know that your sexual outlook does not influence me at all. I live by myself and have a few friends that when they stay use there own separate accommodation.

At present there will be some carpentry done in about 8 weeks time, replacing most of the wall between the kitchen and the lounge room. while the door to the bathroom and its surrounding wall will be replaced also.

I like easy going, Nudity is never offensive nor a reason to inappropriate behavior. I have been a scrooge with money all of my life. My vegetable garden does produce some of the food I eat. I live on a diet that is very low on acidic food. Which means no tea coffee potato or anything from the plants in that family like tomato's. I don't appreciate loud music, that is above its normal sound level. Do like both classical and jazz music. I keep the home reasonable disorderly, which means my new house mate does need to be helpful in that respect
Description of pets
I have a very old dog which is partly blind, was born in 2001, is very docile and will never hurt anyone. At present have 2 chickens that produce enough eggs for my personal consumption. At times my neighbors sheep or cattle will be grazing outside the 5 acres garden with caravan sites. To keep the area fire safe.
