You will have you own fully furnished bedroom, with queen bed and 40" TV and Aircon. TV has a streaming box for any movies/TV shows you desire. Room is located at the other end of the house to my master bedroom. YOU WILL BE THE ONLY RENTER. 1 bedroom is empty if you need more space or want to bring your own furniture. (other is Library). All bills covered in rent.

I am a quiet, respectful 35yo guy. I dont smoke, rarely drink (not against drinking, dont like the taste) and have never touched drugs. Recently come out of a 14 year relationship.
