Hello all!

My current housemate is leaving and I'm now on the lookout for (up to) two cool people to move in!

The house is currently run by a cat.. Shes harmless and will love you after a day or two.

I don't know whats more attractive than super fast unlimited NBN! (FTTP)
But I suppose we also have air conditioning and heating as well as all your usual household items.
Plus the house is fully furnished, you just need to furnish your own room :)

Public transport (bus) is available from either of the two major north-south roads, each within a 5 minute walk or less from the house. On a bus you’re in the city in about 35 minutes, by car anywhere from 10-20 depending on traffic.

General house rules apply - Keep all the common areas tidy, chuck your dishes in the dishwasher, keep your room clean... I'm pretty laid back. As long as the basics are done, I'm happy!

Bills and expenses

Weekly amount of $120 is based on 3 people. If I can only find one other person to move in, or if you'd like to just live with 1 other person and not 2 (which I'm completely fine with!) the amount will be $180 pw.

Electricity, water and gas are not included in the amount and are divided equally.
Unlimited 100mbps NBN available at an added cost per month which will essentially be dividing the bill equally as well
