If you're ready to be blown away by spacious living - get in touch! A large bedroom has become available in our Abbotsford home, available at the end of June/start of July (can be earlier if needed). Ideally suited for a young professional with a full-time gig, who's independent but also happy to have a glass of wine or house dinner on occasion.

The house:
The house is a 4 bedroom modern terrace with a large courtyard, 2.5 bathrooms (downstairs toilet as well as two full bathrooms), separate laundry area, a large kitchen and two living areas. There's plenty of storage space as well as a balcony on the second floor. It has lots of windows so gets a good deal of morning/afternoon light at both sides of the building. It's a big place so it's great for hanging with the housemates, but also very easy to get some private time when you want it. There's a split-system aircon/heater in each bedroom as well as the lounge room - so it's always going to be warm for winter!

The location: 2 mins walk from Collingwood train station and Hoddle Street buses, 5 minutes walk to Victoria Street and its kickarse smorgasboard of pubs, restaurants, cafes (and trams). Also a five minute walk to the Yarra trail for all your jogging/cycling inclinations.
