Hi there, I'm looking for a mature, friendly and considerate person interested in joining a household that supports sustainable living and enjoying the great outdoors. I have an adorable little boy, 3 yrs old, so you would need to be someone who likes children and a house geared to kid-type fun! I am wanting to share with people who are open to truly sharing the household, not living in each others pockets but certainly thinking of one another's needs, keeping shared spaces very clean and cooking together on occasion.

The house itself is full of character. There's a lovely sunny lounge, sun room adjoining the kitchen, expansive deck and gardens and a little back gate heading out to the Mt Ainslie walking track. We've got three chickens and grow our own veggies too. There's even a greenhouse for those with a green thumb! A real chance for a "Tree-change".

* I would be very keen to have people who DON'T have a car as there is not a lot of parking space, though this is not a deal breaker.
