This is by far one of Melbourne’s most unique living opportunities and a great fit for anyone who likes open plan living and the perks of having space at your disposal.

Our art laden warehouse features state of the art home cinema 4k Laser projector (4m x 2.5 metre screen), 50mps direct internet (dedicated direct), washer, dryer, dishwasher, large bathroom, 2 toilets and electric oven/stove top plus fully decked kitchen appliances.

Located in Abbotsford just off the Yarra River, were a 3-4 minute walk to Victoria St trams, 9 min to North Richmond Station & 15 mins to Victoria Gardens and Abbotsford Convent.

We am looking for fellow creatives and alternative life-livers to share our home and geek out. Cinephile, gamer, freelancers, entrepreneurs, gym-bunnies and alternative media junkie all bonuses. If you'e got a passion we're onboard.

Not suited for someone wanting to use the space as a party venue. We are all social creatures with full on schedules but like a chat, a film or a feed together from time to time.

About the occupants
You'll be sharing the space with:
Chris- The leaseholder of the place, running an events company from in the house with his own office space. Anime, film and creative wizard. Got a dry sense of humour? You guys will get along.
Jesse- Sparkie by day, coffee lover and wave hunter anytime after 2:30pm, give him an avo and sourdough and he'll love you forever.
Phoebe- A brit working remotely in finance sales, side-hustling any time she can. Need to know something about a new country you want to explore? She'll probably have recommendations.
Montana- Gym junkie, social media apt with modelling as a side gig, she's is the first to wake and the last to bed. She'll be able to give an endless list of good places to find food, you'll find her with Damian tasting anything and everything at South Melb market most weekends.
Damian- The gentle kiwi giant of the house, that spends his days either in Coffee Supreme, managing the floor or punching the bag at Tribute. His gym routine puts the rest of us to shame.
Compatible people
Must have a genuine interest in art, subculture thinking creatively or wanting something different from the 5-9 grind. Sense of humour and happy to geek out on your passion. Art, film, food are a plus.
Not-bendering every weekend would be a good plus. We are all in our late 20s & 30s- the house is where we relax and work.
