Located just across the road from Vic Gardens and Trams 109 & 12 is this amazing apartment. The room available is unfurnished, but fits a queen sized bed with bedside tables. There are also BIR and your own separate bathroom. The apartment is on the corner with a huge wrap around balcony that has views of the Yarra on one side and the CBD on the other. The complex has BBQ facilities, pool and gym. There is also secure parking available, however it is a tandem spot so we may have to shuffle cars around with each other a bit. The apartment is furnished with all new furniture (fridge, washing machine, couch, tv, etc).
Available 5th July, however may be available earlier! I am looking for someone to sign on to the lease for at least 12 months.
