Spacious townhouse that is close to Bond Uni & Burleigh Beach.

Great house for students

On & off street parking is available - there are 5-6 car parks available directly in front of the townhouse.

There is a outdoor garden area that looks onto Lake Heron.

Downstairs is the living, kitchen, dining and laundry space. Bedrooms are unfurnished and located on the 2nd floor. The shared bathroom has a separate bath & shower and toilet.

Telstra broadband internet is included in bills and am happy to share Netflix account as well. Electricity is also included in rent price.

The home environment is peaceful, personal and cosy. Sorry no kids/pets or smoking/drugs allowed. This is not a party house but we are totally open to having friends over every now and then.

Erin is a 26 year old friendly, considerate, quiet, tidy, respectful housemate. I work during the day and am home most nights.
