Sorry I can't excite you about my home, it is a 3 bedroom duplex with 1 bathroom and separate toilet. It has a decent yard and a covered pergola area great for entertaining. It has ceiling fans throughout and an air conditioner. It is empty at the moment and doesn't have all the stuff in there that is in this photo, but it is a large bedroom.
It is close to Gold Coast University Hospital, Griffith Uni and the Broadwater. There is Aldi close by and also a laundromat, hairdresser and coffee shop.
