Nearly new house in Coomera. Flat mate will have their own bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom has a bathtub, shower and storage space. Internet bill is included in rent, electricity and water bill are split 3 ways when bill is received. Netflix and Stan password will be provided for flat mate. Property has air-conditioning in the main living area, bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a cat already in the property. The property has a large backyard. There is also a guest bedroom available, if you have a friend/family member staying over for the night.

About the occupants
Me and my partner both study and work, we are the only ones currently living at the property. Ben works as a waiter and is studying criminology. Madi works at Typo and is studying primary education and arts. We enjoy gaming, fitness, TV, craft and are both musicians (We aren't loud though). Our kitten is very loving and adores new people, however, she is deaf and a close eye must be kept on the doors leading outdoors. We like to keep to ourselves mostly, but we are always up for a chat if we have time. We are laid back and very tidy people. We also enjoy gardening and cooking, so the house is full of green. We are very accepting and open minded people.
