There is actually no wardrobe in the room, but you’ll have the massive wardrobe right outside the bedroom which has two big shelves, plenty of hanging room and floor space. However, room is so big there’s room for drawers etc if you’d prefer.
Upstairs main bathroom is yours to share with James, it’s big, bright and has a bath.

Coupla quick ones on the location:
• a few minutes’ stroll will get you to Collingwood station, North Richmond station, busses on Hoddle St, 109 & 12 tram on Vic st.
•a few more mins will get you to the hive shopping centre (for Woolies & Aldi), Abbotsford Convent and all the joys Victoria St has to offer.
Everything is so dang close it’s amazing.

$17 per month for unlimited internet. Our water, gas and electricity is only due once every 3 months. Roughly $25 per month, total.

All incredibly lovely people who while all on different schedules enjoy a beer, a chat and always a laugh on the world’s ugliest & comfiest brown couch when home. We all get along and want someone who enjoys a chat and a beer and wants to be in on the nice vibes that are going on, but of course we get alone time & privacy.
