Description of the home

Centrally located in Ashmore just 10 mins drive from the GC Uni Hospital and only 15 mins drive to Harbourtown, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, Star Casino and the theme parks.

An older but tidy cottage with 3 bedrooms and a recently renovated bathroom with separate toilet. All bedrooms have new remote control ceiling fans.

The two main larger rooms are currently available, one furnished and one unfurnished so first in gets to choose. Both rooms have older style double built-in robes and therefore only one room requires a bed and some drawers. Otherwise I do have a single ensemble that turns into a queen/king if needed.

The kitchen is fully self-contained with all the necessities including a coffee machine, large stainless 5 burner gas stove, chest freezer, fridge with filtered water and ice maker.

The large furnished lounge/dining area has a table for 6 plus, plenty of lounge space, aircon and a big screen TV.

The lovely 1.5 yr old front deck has plenty of space including outdoor lounge plus table and chairs to kick back on and enjoy the view of the Gold Coast Hinterland.

There is also another unfurnished entertaining area out back to enjoy if required which includes a washer dryer combo.

Unfortunately there are a small set of stairs at each door so therefore we have no wheelchair access.
