A spacious 4 bedroom house in Abbotsford is spread across two levels. It features two large living areas with comfortable sofas and a TV, polished floorboards throughout and a decent sized kitchen. There is ducted heating and each room has it's own split system air con.

It's in a great location, only a few minutes walk to Collingwood train station and Trams along Victoria street. It is close enough to enjoy the bustling Victoria street and all it has on offer (Pho' is a regular house favourite). The Abbotsford Convent and Collingwood Children's farm are a short stroll away down the Yarra Trail. There is a supermarket nearby. Also, the garage has plenty of storage space.

We are out of parking permits, but if you drive to work it doesn't matter as it is 2 hour until 5pm and there is plenty of street parking. No restrictions on the weekends.

Bills and expenses

Internet is $15 per month. We also have an incredible cleaner who comes each fortnight
