Spacious bedroom with a smaller room connected that could use as a walk-in robe, or own private lounge/tv or study. Separate lounge and bathroom to share with one other (who is rarely home). Shared kitchen and laundry will all housemates. Internet is extra. Paved courtyard to the side of the house for outdoor entertaining as well as your own clothesline.

Location is fabulous - within walking distance to Chermside Shopping Centre (10 mins) and bus link to the CBD within 1 minute walking distance. Across the road is complete parkland. There is off-street parking out the front of the house but is not covered.
