Great sized room that is situated away from the street, so nice and quiet! It's a large room that can fit a queen bed, chest of drawers, small closet with plenty of room to spare.

The room includes the use of a small storage room at the back of house - this is shared with me.

2 bedroom house in the heart of Annandale... on the cusp of the inner west! The house features a large kitchen, large bedrooms, storage room, reasonably sized study room, separate bathroom and shower facilities, laundry with clothes washer, living room is on the smaller side but the a huge backyard and entertainment area make up for it. There isn't a garage but there is plenty of street parking.

Annandale is a great location... lots of nice cafes/restaurants/bars, close to the city (15 mins on a bus), 5min walk to the bus stop and Parramatta Rd and short stroll to the Blackwattle Bay run. Annandale is great for anyone that would like to experience the inner west but doesn't want to deal with the constant traffic - Newtown, Marrickville and all the hipster hot spots are at your doorstep.

Hi I'm Danny. I am 28years old and I am a full-time plumber. My usual week consist of working Monday to Friday, starting early in the morning and finishing up around 4pm. On the weekends, I like to get out and about - during the day I go to larping events and in the night I like to let my hair day i.e. meeting friends for drinks, dinner.
