Description of the home

We are looking to fill the 2 rooms and leave our room as is. We work away up north so yous will have the house to yourselves. We holiday for a week in Perth every 3 months or so. The house is brand new so the out door area is still sand for now. We prefer no kids or pets. Must be working. Or prove your able to pay if your a student. No Centrelink applicats thank you. And of course no drugs or parties.
