Big park-in garage with some room for storage, currently a bit full but will be emptying out over the next few weeks.

Optional queen size bed included with room if needed (King size bed pictured but not included). Another room also available just need to get new pictures after current tenant moves out.

Only 6 min walk from Albion train station.

Term of lease and stay good until mid April.

My name is Zac Bertram. I am 26 years old, and I was born in Perth WA.
